Our Home Service area stretches from Castle Rock to Wilsonville, and from Hillsboro to Troutdale.
Wolf's was originated by Morris Wolf in 1919. It was known as "The Home Center" and has always been known for being a reputable and honest TV Service Center.
In 1984 Wolf's was purchased by Richard Potts. Even though things were changing in the business, we worked together to keep up with new technology.
Our goal was to be the best and most efficient Service Center in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. We have expanded our in-home service, adding more service and delivery vans, and contracting with more dealers, manufacturers, and contract companies.
We also have invested in a tremendous inventory of parts for each truck, and a wide selection of lamps for LCD and DLP televisions for customer purchase.
In a effort to become more efficient, our Service Center was totally computerized. We installed a server, workstations, and printers. This process continues as technology improves. Service management software including a customer and parts database, electronic filing of warranty claims, service tips, parts pricing, availability and research, to name just a few. It has been more beneficial to our business than any of us thought possible.
All of our field technicians carry High Definition signal generators,
laptops with wireless Internet access, digital cameras and mobile phones to give them access to service information in your home.
Most importantly, we accomplished CERTIFIED SERVICE CENTER STATUS. This is achieved through technical excellence, dedication to customer satisfaction, and investment in equipment and ongoing training.
