Included in our Service Call fee is an in home evaluation of your set. The field service technician will diagnose your set and give you an estimate if necessary. The service call also includes simple customer education. In home service will be performed when possible. If it becomes necessary for shop service or shop diagnosis, you will be given an estimate including pick up and delivery, or the removal and reinstallation of the chassis or light box assembly. Please note: Some outlying areas have a mileage surcharge, which we will quote by ZIP code on phone or by email.

If your Plasma or Flat Panel is installed on the wall, we will give you options.  If you can not get it down, or assist our technician in removing it from the wall, we can pull it to the shop for repairs, providing it is not bolted to the wall.  If wires to a control box are running through the wall we will have to make a determination of how to proceed.  We make every effort to accommodate your repair needs. If your TV is mounted very high on the wall, or in an enclosure, you may need to call your installer to move the set to a serviceable position.

Smaller sets and portable equipment are more economical to repair in our shop.  We offer pickup and delivery. We will work on any size equipment in our shop.
