Please include all information below with your request, including the model number from the back of your TV. This model number is required for researching Parts and Service History. If your set is under warranty, the serial number is usually required for pre-authorization of any warranty claim. Warranty work also requires proof of purchase. You may fax or mail us a copy of the sales receipt, or scan and email to us at the link at the bottom of this page. If you can not locate your receipt, let us know so we can see if we can assist you. If you have a service contract, please give us all information in the comments section. We will book the service call and let you know if you need to contact your warranty company.
