An advance fee of $50.00 is required if your camcorder is not under full warranty. Most camcorders have 90 days labor and 1 year parts from the manufacturer. Your receipt will be proof of any warranty. This fee covers diagnosis and applies to the repair but is not refundable.

Return shipping rates apply to all repairs, including units in warranty, and are in addition to the diagnostic fee. These rates are as follows:

  • $15 Camcorders Continental United States, UPS Ground
  • $30 DVD players or DVD burners
  • Additional $15 Alaska and Hawaii, UPS Ground
  • Do NOT ship large items or stereo systems without calling or emailing first.
  • No shipments will be sent outside of the United States.
  • Rush shipping or shipment insurance over $100 is available on request for an additional charge.
